Vacheron & Constantin, Geneva, for the North American market, 16 size, 16 jewels, stem wind and lever set, adjusted, damascened nickel bar movement with counterpoised lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, gold timing screws, wolf's tooth winding and whiplash micrometric regulator in a rose gold filled, hinged back and bezel, reeded edge, engine turned and engraved open face case and Arabic numeral, outer black 5-minute markers, single sunk white enamel dial, plum colored steel spade and whip hands, serial #282827, c1910.

CASE: Case has housed another movement; Shows extra case screw mark; Minor dents, back and cuvette; Minor scratches on outer surface of case; Engine turning with moderate wear; Gold filled with moderate brassing; Bow replaced; Crown worn. DIAL: Hairlines in enamel, very light, 12:00, 4:30; Chips in enamel concealed by bezel, 1:00, 3:00; Minor scratches. HANDS: Seconds replaced; Hour and minute abraded. MOVEMENT PLATES: Minor marks and scratches on plate; Minor spotting; Regulator assembly with a few specks of oxide; Case screw replaced; Dial screws replaced; Specks of dirt / dust.
